# WarpLink for Zapier: Create Deep Links Automatically From Any Zap

> WarpLink is on Zapier. Create, find, update, and delete deep links from any Zap, or start one when a link is created, with attribution and analytics built in.

> **TL;DR:** WarpLink is on [Zapier](https://zapier.com/apps/warplink/integrations). A Zap can now create, find, update, and delete WarpLink links, and the New Link trigger starts a Zap whenever a link is created. Every link a Zap creates carries deep linking, install attribution, and real-time analytics, exactly like a link from the dashboard. Setup takes one API key. The [Zapier docs](https://warplink.app/docs/zapier) have the full reference.

WarpLink is link infrastructure for mobile teams: deep linking, install attribution, and real-time analytics in one SDK. The WarpLink Zapier integration creates and manages WarpLink links from Zapier with no code. Most teams create links where the work already happens: a campaign sheet, a CRM record, a content calendar. Our REST API and MCP server serve developers and AI agents. Zapier connects WarpLink to the thousands of apps it supports, so a marketer can automate link creation without writing a request.

## What the WarpLink Zapier Integration Does

The integration has five actions and one trigger. Each action calls the same public API as the dashboard, so a link from a Zap behaves exactly like any other WarpLink link.

| Step | What it does |
|------|--------------|
| Create Link | Creates a link from a destination URL or an app. Every other option is optional. |
| Find or Create Link | Finds a link by slug and creates it when none exists, so a Zap that runs again reuses the same link. |
| Find Link | Finds a link by slug. |
| Update Link | Changes any option, pauses or resumes a link, sets an expiry date, or clears fields. Blank fields keep their current value. |
| Delete Link | Deletes a link and its click history. |
| New Link (trigger) | Starts a Zap when a link is created in your organization, from the dashboard, the API, or another Zap. |

Create Link and Update Link cover the full set of link options: custom slug and domain, app, app deep link and fallback URL, social preview title, description, and image, tags, expiry date, passcode, UTM fields, install match window, and link parameters.

## Create Deep Links Without Writing Code

A Zap can create a link that opens your app, not only a web page. Choose an app on the action and set the app deep link and the fallback URL. One value covers both iOS and Android, and WarpLink routes each visitor by platform on redirect.

The destination URL is optional when you choose an app. Leave it blank and WarpLink uses the app's App Store or Play Store page. Visitors on iOS and Android who do not have the app go to the store. With the WarpLink SDK in your app, the link's context carries through the install as a deferred deep link, so the new user lands on the right screen at first open.

The install is then attributed back to the link the Zap created. The match runs in our SDK on first launch, the same as for any other WarpLink link. See [Install Attribution](https://warplink.app/docs/concepts/attribution) for how a first launch is matched to its click.

## Example Zaps for Links and Campaigns

- **Google Sheets to tracked links.** A new row creates a link with UTM fields from the row, then writes the short URL back to the sheet.
- **New campaign to Slack.** A new Airtable or Notion record creates a link and posts it to the team channel.
- **New blog post to a share link.** A new RSS item creates a link for your social posts, so each post gets its own click and install numbers.
- **New link to a log.** The New Link trigger appends every link your team creates to a sheet or a database, whoever created it and wherever.
- **Scheduled expiry.** On a set date, Update Link sets an expiry date or pauses the link when a promotion ends.

Use Find or Create Link wherever a Zap can run more than once for the same record. Give it a fixed slug, such as one built from the record ID, and the Zap reuses the link instead of creating a second one.

## How to Connect WarpLink to Zapier

1. In the [WarpLink dashboard](https://dash.warplink.app), go to **Keys**, open the **API keys** tab, and click **Create API key**.
2. Select the `links:read`, `links:write`, and `apps:read` scopes.
3. In Zapier, add a WarpLink step, choose **Connect a new account**, and paste the key. It starts with `wl_live_`.

A key belongs to one organization, so each connection works in that organization. Zapier labels the connection with your organization's app names, which keeps two workspaces easy to tell apart. Errors arrive as plain messages, such as a taken slug or a reached link limit, with the fix in the [Zapier docs](https://warplink.app/docs/zapier).

## Where to Go Next

Open the [WarpLink listing on Zapier](https://zapier.com/apps/warplink/integrations) to build your first Zap. The [Zapier docs](https://warplink.app/docs/zapier) list every field and error, and the [Links API reference](https://warplink.app/docs/api/links) documents the same link options behind each action. For agents and AI clients, the [MCP server](https://warplink.app/docs/ai-agents) gives the same link management with analytics on top.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**What can the WarpLink Zapier integration do?**
It has five actions and one trigger. Create Link, Find or Create Link, Find Link, Update Link, and Delete Link manage links from any Zap, and the New Link trigger starts a Zap when a link is created in your organization, from the dashboard, the API, or another Zap.

**How do I connect WarpLink to Zapier?**
Create an API key in the WarpLink dashboard under **Keys** with the `links:read`, `links:write`, and `apps:read` scopes. In Zapier, add a WarpLink step, choose **Connect a new account**, and paste the key. The connection works in the organization the key belongs to.

**Can a Zap create a deep link that opens my app?**
Yes. Choose an app on the Create Link action and set the app deep link and fallback URL. One value covers both iOS and Android. Leave the destination URL blank and WarpLink uses the app's App Store or Play Store page.

**Do links created by Zapier get install attribution and analytics?**
Yes. A link created from a Zap is the same as a link created in the dashboard. Its clicks and attributed installs appear in WarpLink analytics, and UTM fields set on the action apply on every redirect.

**How do I stop a Zap from creating duplicate links?**
Use Find or Create Link with a fixed slug. When a link with that slug exists, the action returns it. When none exists, it creates one, so a Zap that runs again reuses the same link.
