Terms of Service
Effective date: February 11, 2026 · Last updated: February 11, 2026
1. Account Terms
You must provide a valid email address to create a WarpLink account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. WarpLink is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security. One person or legal entity may maintain multiple organizations, each with its own billing and team.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WarpLink to:
- Create links that redirect to malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent content
- Distribute spam or unsolicited messages via short links
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to WarpLink systems or other users' accounts
We reserve the right to disable links and suspend accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice.
3. API Usage Limits
API rate limits are enforced per plan tier. Exceeding your plan's rate limit will result in HTTP 429 responses. Current limits:
- Free: 60 requests/minute
- Growth: 600 requests/minute
- Scale: 1,200 requests/minute
Click limits are enforced per billing period. When the free tier click limit is exceeded, link redirects continue to work but analytics access is gated behind an upgrade prompt.
4. Link Content Policy
You are solely responsible for the content your links redirect to. WarpLink does not pre-screen link destinations but may review links reported for abuse. Links found to violate our Acceptable Use policy will be disabled.
5. Service Availability
WarpLink strives for high availability but does not guarantee a specific uptime percentage. No SLA is provided on the free tier. Paid plans receive priority support. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
6. Intellectual Property
WarpLink and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WarpLink and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our SDKs are released under the MIT license. You retain all rights to the content you create and the links you configure through the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarpLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in 30-day billing periods through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge for consideration.
9. Data Ownership
You own all link configurations, analytics data, and content you create through WarpLink. Upon account termination, you may export your data via the API. We retain the right to store anonymized, aggregated analytics for service improvement.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the dashboard settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms, with notice when feasible. Upon termination, your links will stop redirecting and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except as required by law.
11. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of WarpLink after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
